The U.S. Cannabis Sector Is Front And Center At The Virtual MoneyShow Conference Today!

Today, you have the chance to attend the MoneyShow’s Cannabis Investing Virtual Event and learn from industry executives and analysts.

During the last two years, the landscape of the legal cannabis industry has changed and Canada is no longer the global leader. Although cannabis is still illegal at the federal level in the United States (US), a few operators have reported more than $200 million of quarterly revenue and are valued more than most leading Canadian Licensed Producers (LPs).

From Arizona to Illinois, the US cannabis industry has benefited from an increase in the number of states that allow for the sale of recreational cannabis. Over the next year, we expect additional states open a recreational cannabis market and are bullish on the growth prospects that are associated with this trend.

The European Union (EU) represents of the most attractive emerging cannabis markets and we expect 2022 to be a banner year for it. With Germany talking about legalizing recreational cannabis, we expect to see other countries in the EU just on the cannabis bandwagon and believe the market underappreciates the long-term opportunity that is associated with this.

Is Federal Legalization in the US the Most Important Catalyst

During the last quarter, the cannabis sector has been under considerable pressure. After the SAFE Banking Act was not included in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), the sell-off became more intense and we believe the recent weakness is overstated.

At the MoneyShow’s Cannabis Investing Virtual Event, you will hear from executives from emerging cannabis brands and North American operators. Our discussion will focus on the entire cannabis value chain and will highlight verticals that we believe are flying under the radar.
